1. Shipping Cost: All orders are charged based on total weight.
2. EU/Worldwide Under 2kg: All lightweight parcels under 3kg. Shipped by Yawen, SF Express and China Post.
3. All lightweight parcels under 3kg are delivered by local couriers for the last-mile delivery, such as USPS in the US and Royal Mail.
4. EU/Worldwide Over 3kg: Shipped by DHL, DDP or UPS.
5. Signature: Signature is required for all heavy parcels over 3kg.
6. Dispatch Notice: You will be notified automatically by email on the day your order is dispatched.
7. PO Box Address: Only parcels under 2kg can be shipped to PO Box; heavier orders must be split into multiple packages with additional charge.
8. Manufacturing Time: Majority of range is made to order, can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture before shipping.
9. Mixed Orders: If ordering stock + made-to-order items, order ships only when made-to-order items are complete.
10. Order Dispatch: Off-the-shelf: within 48 hours; Made-to-order: 14-21 days standard, up to 28 days at Christmas.
